By using the AutoDealer platform you agree to these terms. Services are provided in good faith. Reservations are binding upon confirmation by our team and hold the vehicle for up to 48 hours. The platform is not liable for purchasing decisions made by users. AutoDealer reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Personal data (name, email, phone) collected during reservations and contact forms is processed solely for service delivery, in compliance with GDPR. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. Data is retained only for the period required to complete the transaction and is deleted upon request.

We use only necessary functional cookies to maintain your session and protect your security. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are deployed on this site. You can manage or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clicking Accept on the cookie banner constitutes consent to strictly necessary cookies only.

Online reservations constitute a preliminary commitment and are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a status update by email. A reservation holds the vehicle for up to 48 hours after confirmation. Cancellations must be made before confirmation to avoid any holding fee.
